Ghufran Ahmad, the founder of Impact Growth Consulting, is deeply committed to empowering businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to achieve financial sustainability and meaningful community impact. With over 15 years of experience in commercial lending, CDFI operations, strategic financial planning, and nonprofit consulting, Ghufran brings a uniquely integrated perspective to his clients’ challenges and opportunities.
Throughout his career, Ghufran has helped organizations secure multi-million-dollar grants, launch innovative loan programs, and enhance nonprofit infrastructure to achieve and maintain CDFI certification. His hands-on work has enabled countless entrepreneurs to start, grow, and expand businesses fueling economic development and fostering financial inclusion.

Afra Ahmad, Ph.D.
Strategic Advisor
Dr. Afra Ahmad is a strategic advisor, educator, and inclusion specialist dedicated to helping organizations build equitable, resilient, and high-performing workplaces. With a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and fifteen years of experience, she brings deep expertise in advancing the workplace.
Dr. Ahmad has served in both domestic and international contexts-including as a Fulbright Scholar (Abu Dhabi) and Human Resource Management Professor (Dubai) in United Arab Emirates, where she supported cross-cultural talent development and institutional change.
Her work centers on empowering underrepresented groups in organizational systems and guiding leaders in embedding inclusion into the fabric of strategy, culture, and decision-making. Her research has been published in leading academic journals, books, and popular press article. She has delivered several national conference presentations, facilitated training workshops, and collaborated with organizations to apply research-based practices that drive measurable results.
